About Me

Hey there!

My name’s Robert Bailey. I have a strong passion for telling stories through game systems and mechanics, and believe any element or interaction can convey a story. I’ve worked in mobile games, AAA, and AA scopes across Wicked Realms, Molasses Flood, and Airship Syndicate. I have experience working on IPs such as Star Trek, Bond, Witcher, and designing within brand new concepts.

In my free time, I’ve done independent projects like Gristmill with the Several People team, and regularly run tabletop role-playing games. In school, I frequently helped run, write, and design a large multi-hundred player game of tag known as Humans vs Zombies on the Rochester Institute of Technology campus.

Outside of games, I enjoy painting miniatures, writing short form fiction, breathing underwater, and can play pretty much any low brass instrument you put in front of me.

You can find me on LinkedIn and Twitter!
