Technical Designer for Star Trek Timelines, a Mobile Character Collector Roleplaying Game

As a designer on the Live-Ops team, I created crew data, packs, balance events, maintain collections and contribute to the development of other daily and weekly player activities. I was the main designer on content deploys since September 2019.

In addition, I created tools to improve the workflow and communication of the multidisciplinary team. Tools I have made have reduced the time needed by the design team by eight hours per month. These tools have also streamlined processes to better allow feature maintenance for design and product team members, as well as enabling other regular updates. On top of these, I updated the documentation standards and training processes for Timelines Live-Ops work and onboarding. This was used for both in-studio and remote training.

I also iterated on some feature work for Star Trek Timelines, notably working to turn the static achievement structure into a more dynamic and consistent part of player activities with temporary achievements in January 2020.

Lastly, I worked regularly with other departments to bring crew to life through the art pipeline and actively work on proposals for alternative content delivery mechanisms.
